Qualification Requirements

The qualification process for Cremation Resource to endorse a cremation provider is as follows.

• Must be a licensed funeral home or direct disposer
• Must not have multiple companies advertising different prices to consumer
• Must have an all inclusive direct cremation price (no hidden fees)
• Must employee license funeral directors
• Must provide consumer with all state and federally required paperwork
• Must implement our Cremation Assurance Program
• Must have professionally designed, user friendly website
• Must have above 4.5 rating on Google, Bing and Yelp
• Must have verifiable consumer reviews
• Must have cremation management software
• Must offer online cremation arrangements to consumers
• Must own a crematory. If your local laws make this cost prohibitive, we will inspect the crematory you use
• Must allow consumer to tour crematory
• Must have drug-free workplace policy for crematory
• Crematory must have technology implemented for tracking
• Must qualify outsourced removal companies and the employees who will be representing your company
• Must comply with all aspects of state and federal compliance requirements
